Etisalat real estate oversees the portfolio of properties of Etisalat, which includes administrative and commercial office buildings, business centers, and technical properties (consisting of switching, international exchanges, mobile switching centers, transmission equipment, satellite earth stations, data centers, cabling, power plant and other technical ancillaries). Other properties include stores, technical workshops, a training center, customer call center, smart card factory and submarine cable depots.

Etisalat Real Estate's role is to oversee the portfolio management of Etisalat properties. Specific activities include, but are not limited to, space planning and optimization, maintaining comprehensive information on all buildings and land sites, lease administration and tenant management, lease consultancy and management for Etisalat in 3rd party spaces, project management services, Assets Optimization & Support Services, corporate and governmental reporting for property related information, and development of new mixed use properties.

Etisalat Real Estate’s main customer is Etisalat, and as Etisalat modernizes and streamlines operations, it is expected that corporation’s need for technical, warehouse and office space will reduce. A key role to be played by Etisalat Real Estate will be to effectively manage and optimize space utilization during this transition period and to extract value out of assets.
